CRAIG HEFFINGTON , CCI, Certified Construction Inspector
Started his career in the real estate business in 1980 in mortgage banking, during which time he used Shirley Adkins to do his appraisal work. He has been employed with ADKINS, AYERS since 1990, working as an assistant to the appraisers. He is also certified with the Association of Construction Inspectors (ACI) to do construction draws for proposed-to-completion homes, working with numerous banks.

LOUISE WADKINS , Office Manager
Started her career in the real estate business in 1975 with Kimbrough-Adkins. In 1982 she became office manager and assistant to the appraisers with ADKINS, AYERS. She oversees the day-to-day office operations for the company and is knowledgeable in all facets of the appraisal business.
